|
I have over 25 years’ experience in helping vulnerable clients of all ages. My particular expertise is in the Court of Protection, and I head our specialist team that deals with all aspects of this work.
The Court's procedures and documentation can be daunting for clients, their families and carers. I understand these difficulties and provide support tailored to each client's needs.
My team supports people of all ages and levels of ability. Our clients need help for a variety of reasons. Some need help to manage complex financial matters. Others have suffered a brain injury or have a mental illness or disease such as dementia. We work with them, their families and carers to protect them and maximise their ability.
I can act as your attorney. I am also a member of the Office of the Public Guardian panel of deputies and am appointed by the Court of Protection to act as an independent deputy. I belong to Solicitors for the Elderly and am coordinator for the Bristol and Bath branch. |
