I started my new career as Case Management Assistant within the Mental Capacity team in January 2008.
I work with Anne Minihane ( Partner) and Chris Bunting ( Associate ) who are both Court of Protection Deputies. I assist Anne and Chris in looking after the finances of the clients for whom they act. This includes giving advice and assistance to our clients and working with other professionals who support them.
To help me in my work I have a good knowledge of government benefit schemes My background in finance has helped me to develop the skills needed to budget for our clients' future.
I feel passionately about the people we represent and pride myself in establishing a good relationship with those with whom I have regular contact. I also experience real satisfaction in supporting clients to achieve things for themselves whenever this is possible. |
