I work in the Injury Claims (General Accidents) Team. My particular expertise is in slipping and tripping cases, and accidents caused by animals or sports. I have also represented claimants with serious injuries from road traffic accidents, and handled claims with complicated technical issues.
My approach is to listen to you. I need to understand your needs and how your injury may have affected you physically and mentally. The I can take the best action to secure a successful outcome - so that you are compensated for the full effects of your accident.
During my time with the firm I have successfully completed the Institute of Legal Executives course and was accepted as a Fellow in 2005. |
