I work in Burroughs Day’s Wills & Tax Planning team. My area of specialisation is Probate (dealing with the administration of an estate when someone dies).
I understand how upsetting it is to lose a loved one, and how difficult it is to come to terms with all the procedures that are required following their death. That is where I can help.
I can deal with all the various companies/institutions in your behalf, including filling in all the paperwork for you. I can arrange for the funeral expenses to be paid and I can make things as easy as possible. I take particular care to make sure that you are involved in the process only as much as you want, and that everything is done to a high standard. |
