I am experienced in settling potential claims before they have been issued in the court. This means that my clients do not have to go though the court process unless there is no other option.
I will enjoy getting to know you. As my client, you can meet me in my office or have me visit you in your home or at your work. I will provide a personal service if you need extra help with paperwork or wish to discuss your claim in more detail. I am very approachable and will help make the experience as simple as possible for you.
I have worked at Burroughs Day since 2001 in the Road Traffic Accidents team. I mainly deal with claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau for uninsured and untraced defendants, child cases (which need the approval of the Court) and self-employed clients such as tax drivers. |
